Firstly, chill the mixing bowl and whisk pins in the fridge.
Take the chilled bowl and add 200 grams of cold Whipping cream.
Whisk it using a hand mixer at the speed of 3
Once the bubbles start appearing add 2 tbsp Powdered sugar
Whisk it at high speed
Now, add ½ tbsp Vanilla essence
Whisk it till the cream start holding shape and becomes soft and fluffy
Now, the fluffy whipped cream is ready.
Take a whipping cone and add the cream into it
Start decorating the cake.
