of Condensed Milk

Warm milk

handful of Tutti-frutti
Instructions
Take a mixing bowl and add 200 grams of Condensed Milk
Next, add 50 grams of Butter at room temperature…Make sure the butter is not Salted.
Mix them well using a whisk. Make sure there are no lumps. It is a very important step. Lumps can destroy the whole recipe
Next, add ½ tbsp Vanilla essence and mix well.
Add 1 tbsp sugar powder and mix it well.
Take a bowl and a siever
Add 1 & ¼ cup of Maida and sieve it
Next, add 1 tbsp Baking Powder
Add ½ tbsp Baking Soda
And then, add 1 pinch of Salt
Sieve them
Mix all the dry ingredients in the bowl well using a spatula
Now, gradually add the dry mix of the ingredients to the liquid batter and mix them well.
Make sure there are no lumps. The consistency of the cake batter should be as shown in the picture.
Once the cake batter is ready, add 1 handful of Tutti-frutti to it and mix well
Now, the batter for Christmas Cake is ready
Take a cake tin and Greece it with some butter
Add some Maida to it and dust off.
Now, transfer the Cake batter into the Tin
Tap the cake tin on the countertop. So, the batter spread evenly in the tin.
Add some Tutti-frutti on top of the batter to decorate the cake.
Next, preheat the oven at 180 degrees celsius and bake the cake for 20-25 minutes.
Now the yummy and spongy Christmas cake is ready to taste.
Let it cool and cut it into slices and serve.
Notes
Note: If the batter becomes runny add some more dry mix to it and if the batter becomes thick, add 3-4 tbsp Warm milk and mix.
