Take a pressure cooker and add 1 cup Chopped Tomatoes and 1 cup Chopped Ash Gourd.
Add 1 cup Washed Tur dal
Next, add ¼ tbsp Turmeric powder
Add ½ tbsp Salt
Add 1 spoon Oil
Then, add 2 glasses of water and mix well
Close the cooker and cook until 3-4 whistles.
Mix everything once and mash if needed.
Now, in a pan add 2 tbsp coriander seeds
Add ¼ tbsp Fenugreek seeds
Add 1 tbsp Cumin seeds
Then add 7-8 Dry Red chilis
Add 1 tbsp Urad dal
Add 4-5 Curry leaves
And lastly, add 1 spoon of oil
Dry roast them until
Next, add 1 cup chopped fresh coconut and saute
Grind it into a smooth paste
Now add this paste to Pressure cooked Tur dal and vegetables
Add little water to the jar add it And mix well.
Add 1-2 cups of water according to the desired consistency.
Bring it to boil
Next, in a pan add 2 tbsp oil
Add ½ tbsp Mustard seeds
Add ½ tbsp Cumin seeds
And add 4-5 Curry leaves and let them splatter
Then, add 1 dry red chili and saute.
Add 1 pinch hing and saute.
Add this tadka to sambar and mix it.
