Ingredients
  

  • 4 Small spoon Oil
  • 1 tbsp chopped garlic
  • ½ cup sliced onion
  • 3 slit green chilies
  • 1 bowl mixed vegetables
  • 2 tbsp soya sauce
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 2 tbsp red chili sauce
  • 2 tbsp green chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 1 Maggie magic masala pocket
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 pocket noodles
  • ½ liter water

Instructions
 

  • Add 4 small spoons of oil to the pan
  • Add 1 tbsp chopped garlic
  • Add ½ cup sliced onions and saute
  • Now add 3 slit green chilies and saute
  • Next, add 1 bowl of mixed vegetables and fry well.
  • Then, add 2 tbsp soya sauce, 1 tbsp vinegar, 2 tbsp red chili sauce and 2 tbsp green chili sauce, and 1 tbsp tomato ketchup and mix well
  • Add salt as per taste and give a good mix and fry.
  • In a vessel boil water and add 1 tbsp oil
  • Once the water starts to boil add noodles to it and cook
  • Detangle the noodles carefully
  • Once the noodles are cooked well stain the water
  • Immediately Rinse the noodles with cold water.
  • If the noodles are still sticky add 1 spoon of oil and mix.
  • Now add Noodles to the veggie sauce mix.
  • Mix the noodles with the base well.
  • Garnish it with freshly chopped coriander leaves if you like.
  • Serve it hot and savor.
