Take a pan and add 1 cup of peanuts
Dry roast them until they change their color
Cool the roasted peanuts
Transfer them into a mixy jar
Now, add ½ inch Ginger
Add 4-5 Curry leaves
Add 1/2 inch Ginger
Add 3-4 Green chilies
Next, add 1 tbsp cumin seeds
Add 1 tbsp salt, as per taste
Add ½ cup coriander leaves
Now, add 1/2 tbsp jaggery
Next, add 1 cup curd
Lastly, add 1/2 cup water
Grind it into a smooth paste
Transfer it into a vessel
Add some water to the jar and mix with leftover masala and add it to the vessel.
Take a tadka making pan
Add 1 tbsp oil
Add ½ tbsp Mustard seeds
Next, add ½ tbsp Cumin seeds
Let them splatter
Next, add 2 dry red chilies
Add a few curry leaves and let them splatter
Finally, add a pinch of Hing
Now, add this thadka to the Peanut-curd masala
Mix all the ingredients well
Now, the yummy Shenga Tambuli is ready.
