Take a pan and add 2 tbsp Oil
Add 1 cup sliced Onion and saute well
Then, add 1 cup Sliced Tomatoes and saute well
Add ½ cup Chopped fresh Coconut dices and saute
Add 1 handful of Fresh coriander leaves
Next, add 3-4 Garlic cloves
Add 1 inch chopped Ginger
Add 1-inch Cinnamon stick and saute well
Next, add 2-3 Cloves
Add 1 tbsp Poppy seeds
Mix everything well and turn off the gas and let them cool.
Transfer them into a jar and grind them into a smooth paste.
Now, in a pan add 3 tbsp oil and heat
Add ¼ tbsp Turmeric powder
Add 2 tbsp Red chili powder and mix well. Don't burn it.
Add the masala paste to it.
Add some water to the jar and add it to the pan.
Mix everything well and cook.
Now, add 1 tbsp Salt, according to the taste, and mix.
Close the lid and cook it well. The color of it should change and cook well.
Now, the yummy Sherva is ready.
