Take 2 cups Moong dal and 1 cup raw rice in a bowl and wash it thoroughly to remove extra starch or any dirt.
Now put enough water to soak them completely.
Add 1 tbsp fenugreek seeds and 2 tbsp Split chickpeas to the bowl.
Soak them for about 8 hours or Overnight
After 8 Hours discard the water and transfer them into the grinder
Now add ½ inch Ginger
Add 1 tbsp Cumin seeds
Four to five Curry leaves
And add salt as per taste.
Finally, add ½ cup water
Grind all the ingredients into a smooth paste.
Transfer the batter into a bowl.
Now the Moong dal dosa batter is ready.
Now take a non-stick or an Iron Tawa and heat it.
Sprinkle some water and check if it is the Tawa is heated evenly.
You can also Greece the Tawa with oil.
Once the Tawa is ready start making dosas.
Take the batter into a small bowl or Dosa-making Spatula.
Now, Put the batter at the center of the Tawa and spread evenly in a circular motion towards the edge of the Tawa.
Let the Dosa cook and turn into light brown color.
Add 1 tbsp oil on the edges of the dosa and let it cook.
Once the Dosa turns into brown color, transfer it to the serving plate.
(You can also flip it slowly upside down and cook for a minute for extra crunchiness)
Now the yummy Dosa is ready to enjoy!
Serve the Dosa with the Coconut chutney.

I had told you that I will share three more breakfast options with the leftover batter.
Appam/ Paddu
Take the Appam/Paddu maker and heat it on a medium flame.
Add Some oil to each hollow space in the appam maker.
Now add the batter into each hole according to its size and let it cook.
If you want you can add chopped Onions or tomatoes and cumin seeds into the batter and make paddu. They give a very tasty and crunchy feel to Paddu.
Once one side of the appam is cooked well, flip it over and cook on another side.
Take the Paddus out of the maker once cooked completely.
Now the Tastiest Appam/ Paddu is ready to enjoy with any chutney.
Uttappam
Take the Tawa and heat it.
Greece it with oil.
Spread the Dosa batter on the Tawa.
once the dosa starts cooking add Chopped onions, Tomatoes, Green chilies, on top of it and cook for some more time.
Once one side of Uttapam turns brown, Flip it over and cook on another side.
Transfer the Uttapam to the plate and serve it with coconut chutney.
Masala Paddu
Add chopped Onions, tomatoes, (any vegetable of your choice optional ), and cumin seeds into the batter and mix them.
Make paddu as explained above.
They give a very tasty and crunchy feel to Paddu. Serve the hot Paddu with coconut chutney or Tomato ketchup.
