Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Wheat flour
  • 4-5 tbsp Besan
  • ½ cup fresh Curd
  • 1 tbsp Cumin seeds
  • 1 tbsp Green chili paste
  • ¼ tbsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp salt as per taste
  • 1 cup fresh and washed Methi leaves
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 tbsp oil

Instructions
 

  • Take a mixing bowl and 2 cups of Wheat flour
  • Add 4-5 tbsp of Besan to it
  • Now, add ½ cup fresh Curd. Do not add sour curd.
  • Then, add 1 tbsp Cumin seeds
  • Add 1 tbsp Green chili paste to it
  • Next, add ¼ tbsp Turmeric powder
  • Add 1 tbsp salt, as per taste
  • Now, add 1 cup of fresh and washed Methi leaves
  • Start making all the ingredients without adding water
  • After that, start adding water little by little to knead the dough
  • Bring it to the consistency of Dough as shown in the picture
  • Cover it and rest it for 15 minutes.
  • Now, knead the dough once again, and take a ball sized Dough to make paratha
  • Take a chakla- belan Or chapati maker and Greece it with some oil
  • Start rolling the Pin and give it the shape of your interest.
  • You can make it into a triangle shape as I have shown in the picture
  • Dip the paratha into dry wheat flour to give a good grip on the rolling pin.
  • Roll it into a paratha
  • Meanwhile, take a Tawa and heat it.
  • Sprinkle some oil on it.
  • Now, transfer the Paratha onto the Tawa
  • Let it cook on one side
  • Flip it over once it is cooked on one side
  • Cook it well on both side
  • Apply some oil if needed
  • Once, the paratha is cooked well on both sides take it out
  • Now, the yummy and tasty Methi Paratha is ready.
