Ingredients
  

  • Papad
  • 1 cup Chopped Onion
  • 1 cup Tomato
  • ½ cup chopped coriander
  • ½ tbsp salt
  • ½ tbsp chili powder
  • ¼ tbsp Garam masala
  • ½ tbsp sugar Optional

Instructions
 

  • Take a mixing bowl and add 1 cup finely chopped onion
  • Add 1 cup Finely chopped tomatoes
  • Now add, ½ cup chopped coriander
  • Then add, ½ tbsp salt(As per taste)
  • You can add ½ tbsp sugar, which is optional.
  • Add ½ tbsp red chili powder
  • Add ¼ tbsp garam masala
  • Mix everything well.
  • Now heat oil in a pan for deep frying papad.
  • Add 1 papad and fry it till it is completely opened up.
  • Remove excess oil and transfer it to a plate spread with kitchen tissue.
  • Now spread the masala over the papad adequately according to the need.
  • Some people like more masala on papad so spread accordingly.
  • Now the crunchy and yummy Masala papad is ready to savor.
