Take a mixing bowl and add 1 cup finely chopped onion
Add 1 cup Finely chopped tomatoes
Now add, ½ cup chopped coriander
Then add, ½ tbsp salt(As per taste)
You can add ½ tbsp sugar, which is optional.
Add ½ tbsp red chili powder
Add ¼ tbsp garam masala
Mix everything well.
Now heat oil in a pan for deep frying papad.
Add 1 papad and fry it till it is completely opened up.
Remove excess oil and transfer it to a plate spread with kitchen tissue.
Now spread the masala over the papad adequately according to the need.
Some people like more masala on papad so spread accordingly.
Now the crunchy and yummy Masala papad is ready to savor.
