Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp Ghee
  • ½ cup Semolina or Bombay rava
  • 1 pinch of food color. It is completely optional
  • 1 & ½ cups of Water
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • 1 tbsp ghee
  • 4-5 slit Almonds or Cashews

Instructions
 

  • Take a vessel and add 1 tbsp Ghee
  • Now, add ½ cup Semolina or Bombay rava
  • Roast it well, until the color of it changes
  • Next, add 1 pinch of food color. It is completely optional
  • Mix everything well and roast
  • Now, gradually add 1 & ½ cups of Water
  • You can adjust water according to the consistency of your wish.
  • Mix continuously and let it cook
  • The bubble starts to pop up when it is cooked well
  • Mix it well once again
  • Then, add ¼ cup Sugar
  • Mix them well until sugar melts in it.
  • In a small Tadka making pan, add 1 tbsp ghee
  • Let the ghee melt
  • Add 4-5 slit Almonds or Cashews
  • Let them fry in ghee until the color changes to golden brown
  • Now, transfer it into the Kesari bath
  • Mix everything well
  • Now, the super tasty Kesari bath is ready to savor.
