Take a vessel and add 1 tbsp Ghee
Now, add ½ cup Semolina or Bombay rava
Roast it well, until the color of it changes
Next, add 1 pinch of food color. It is completely optional
Mix everything well and roast
Now, gradually add 1 & ½ cups of Water
You can adjust water according to the consistency of your wish.
Mix continuously and let it cook
The bubble starts to pop up when it is cooked well
Mix it well once again
Then, add ¼ cup Sugar
Mix them well until sugar melts in it.
In a small Tadka making pan, add 1 tbsp ghee
Let the ghee melt
Add 4-5 slit Almonds or Cashews
Let them fry in ghee until the color changes to golden brown
Now, transfer it into the Kesari bath
Mix everything well
Now, the super tasty Kesari bath is ready to savor.
