Ingredients

Instructions
Take a pan and add 1 cup of peanuts
Roast them well on medium flame until they turn golden brown.
Once the peanuts are roasted well, turn off the gas and let them cool. Split and remove their skin off them.
Now, add ½ cup Almonds, ½ cup walnuts, ½ cup Pumpkin seeds, and ½ cup Cashew nuts
Roast them well and allow them to cool
Add 1 cup of Jaggery
Add ¼ cup of Water and mix.
Bring it to boil
Check if the jaggery can hold shape by adding a small drop of It into water. If it holds the share, then our syrup is ready.
Now, add the roasted peanuts and Dry Fruits into it and mix well.
Turn off the gas and let it cool
Transfer the mixture onto butter paper or any surface greased with ghee.
Now spread the mixture using hands or any rolling pin.
Cut the chikki using the knife or a pizza cutter into the desired shape.
Now the crunchy and yummy Dry fruits chikki is ready to savor.
