Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp oil
  • ½ tbsp Mustard seeds
  • ½ tbsp Cumin seeds
  • 4-5 Curry leaves
  • ½ cup fresh Grated Coconut
  • 1 cup Chopped onion
  • 1 cup Chopped Tomato
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Garam Masala
  • 1 tbsp Red chili powder or Masala Khara
  • ½ tbsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp Sambar Powder
  • ½ cup roasted peanut powder
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup boiled
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Coriander leaves

Instructions
 

  • Take a pan, add 2 tbsp oil, and heat it.
  • Add ½ tbsp Mustard seeds
  • Add ½ tbsp Cumin seeds
  • And add 4-5 Curry leaves and let them splatter
  • Next, add ½ cup fresh Grated Coconut and Saute
  • Add 1 cup Chopped onion and saute
  • Then, add 1 cup Chopped Tomato and 1 tbsp Salt and saute.
  • Add 1 tbsp Garam Masala
  • Add 1 tbsp Red chili powder or Masala Khara
  • Next, add ½ tbsp Turmeric powder
  • Add 1 tbsp Sambar Powder
  • Mix everything well
  • Now, add ½ cup roasted peanut powder.
  • Mix everything well
  • Add 1 cup water and mix
  • Close the lid and bring it to boil
  • Add 1 cup boiled Drumstick. Pressure cooked Drumstick for 1 whistle.
  • Mix everything well
  • Close the lid and cook for 5 minutes
  • Add 2 tbsp Chopped Coriander leaves
  • Now the yummy Drumstick Curry is ready to savor.
