Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • ½ tbsp Mustard seeds
  • ½ tbsp Cumin seeds
  • 1 medium-size chopped onions
  • 1 cup Diced Beetroot
  • ¼ tbsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp Red chili powder
  • 1 tbsp Salt

Instructions
 

  • Take a pan and add 1 tbsp Oil
  • Add ½ tbsp Mustard seeds
  • Add ½ tbsp Cumin seeds and let them splatter
  • Next, add 1 medium size chopped onions
  • Add 1 cup Diced Beetroot
  • Saute everything well
  • Close the lid and let them cook
  • Now, add ¼ tbsp Turmeric powder
  • Add 1 tbsp Red chili powder
  • Then, add 1 tbsp Salt, according to the taste
  • Mix everything well
  • Close the lid and cook them for about 5 minutes.
  • Now, the tasty Beetroot curry is Ready to savor.
