Ingredients
  

  • 5 bananas
  • 1 cup Cooking oil
  • ¼ cup of Milk
  • ½ tbsp vanilla essence
  • 1 & ½ cup of Wheat flour
  • ½ tbsp Baking powder and ½ tbsp Baking soda
  • 1 cup Sugar or powdered Sugar
  • ¼ th cup of warm milk

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 450 degree
  • Add 5 bananas
  • Smash the bananas into a smooth paste
  • Add 1 cup Cooking oil
  • Add ¼ cup of Milk
  • Next, add ½ tbsp vanilla essence
  • Mix everything well
  • Now add 1 & ½ cup of Wheat flour
  • Add ½ tbsp Baking powder and ½ tbsp Baking soda
  • Add 1 cup Sugar or powdered Sugar
  • Mix all the ingredients well
  • Next, add ¼ th cup of warm milk
  • Mix everything well
  • Now the cake batter is ready
  • Pour the batter into the molds of the cupcake tray. Either place butter paper cups or grease the mold with ghee or butter.
  • Bake in the preheated oven at 450 degrees for about 15 minutes.
  • Do a toothpick test to check if the cakes are completely baked.
  • Now the yummy Banana muffins are ready to savor.
