Heat a pan add 1 cup water, Bring it to boil
Add 15-20 dry red chilies
Boil them till they become soft
Once they are soft, turn off the gas and let them cool
Transfer them to a plate and cool them
Now, transfer them into a mixer jar
Add 5-6 curry leaves
Add 5-6 garlic cloves
And add 1 lemon size tamarind
Then, add 1 tbsp Jaggery
Add ½ cup Coriander leaves
Grind them into a coarse paste or Smooth paste
Now, add 1 tbsp salt, as per taste, and grind it again
Now, the tangy and tasty Ranjaka is ready to savor.
