In a saucepan boil 1&½ glass of water
Add 1 bunch of Palak
Bring it to a boil. The palak leaves become soft
Now, transfer the palak leaves into cold water.
Sieve the palak and transfer it into the jar

Take a pan and add 2 tbsp oil
Now, add 150 grams of Paneer cubes into the pan
Roast them well
Transfer them onto a plate.
Now, in the same pan add ½ tbsp Cumin seeds
Let the splatter
Now, add 1 inch chopped ginger, 6-7 garlic cloves, and 1 sliced onion
Saute them well
Add 2-3 slit Green chilis and saute
Next, add 1 chopped Tomato and saute
Close the lid and let them soften for 5 minutes
Cool and transfer the veggies into the jar
Blend palak and veggies well
Step 3
In a pan add 2 tbsp oil
Add ¼ tbsp Turmeric powder
Add 1 tbsp Red chili powder
And add ½ tbsp Garam masala
Next, add ½ tbsp Cumin powder
Add 1 tbsp Coriander powder
Saute everything well
Now, transfer the Palak paste into it
Mix everything well
Add 1 tbsp salt, according to your taste
Mix and close the lid and cook for two minutes
Add roasted paneer cubes into it and mix
Now, the yummy Palak Paneer is ready to savor.
