Ingredients
  

  • 3 tbsp Cooking oil
  • 1 tbsp Mustard seed
  • 1 tbsp Cumin seeds
  • 1 Handful Peanuts
  • 1 Cup Chopped Onion
  • 1 Cup Chopped Tomato
  • 1/2 Cup Water
  • 1/2 tbsp Turmeric
  • 1 tbsp Red chilly powder
  • 1 tbsp Garam masala
  • 1 tbsp Salt

Instructions
 

  • Heat a frying pan and add sprouted moth beans to the pan. Add 1 tbsp of oil to the sprouts.
  • Fry the Sprouts until the raw smell of the Moth beans reduces. Collect them in a plate/ bowl.
  • Now add 2 tbsp of cooking oil to the pan and heat it.
  • Add 1 tbsp of mustard seed and 1 tbsp cumin seeds to it and saute.
  • Add a handful of peanuts to the pan and fry them.
  • Once the peanuts change their color, add 1 cup of chopped onion and saute until the color of onions changes.
  • Now add 1 cup of tomato finely chopped in the pan and mix it well.
  • When the tomato starts to soften, add 1 tbsp salt, ½ tbsp Turmeric powder, 1 tbsp Red chilly powder, and 1 tbsp Garam masala to the pan.
  • Mix all the ingredients well.
  • Add ½ cup of water to the pan and close the lid. Bring it to boil. All the ingredients mix well.
  • Add salt according to the need and adjust.
  • Once all the ingredients are cooked well, add fried Moth beans to the pan and mix thoroughly.
  • Sprinkle some water if needed and close the lid for 2-3 minutes.
  • Once the water starts to evaporate from the lid, turn off the gas.
  • Open the lid and give a good mix to the curry.
  • Transform the curry into the serving bowl and garnish it with some coriander leaves.
  • Now, the tastiest and healthiest Sprouted moth beans curry is ready to enjoy with the hot Rotis and rice.
