Take a saucepan and add 1 cup of Water.
Add 1 tbsp salt
Bring it to boil
When water starts to boil, add 1 tbsp oil
Now, gradually add 1 cup of Jowar flour little by little
Simultaneously mix the flour with hot water using a wooden spoon or a fork.
Continue to stir until the Jowar becomes thick
Now turn off the gas and let it cool
Transfer the jowar mudde to a plate
Apply 1 tbsp Ghee or Oil to your palm and start making small sized balls
Prepare all ball-sized Jowar ladu and press them
Take an idli plate and grease it with some oil
Place all the Balls on the plate
Steam the for about 4-5 minutes
In a pan add 1-2 tbsp Oil and heat it
Now add ½ cup fresh Menthe leaves
Add 1 tbsp Green chili paste
Saute well until the leaves become soft
Now, add steamed balls of jowar into the masala
Mix everything well
Now the yummy Menthe Kadubu is ready
