Take a deep vessel or a saucepan
Add 2 tbsp oil to it.
Then, add ½ tbsp Mustard seeds
Add ½ tbsp Cumin seeds and let them splatter
Next, add 3-4 curry leaves
Then, add 1 cup Chopped onion and saute it well
Once, onions change Color, add 1 tbsp Green chili paste
Saute it well
Next, add 1 medium chopped tomato and saute.
Add 1 tbsp salt, as per taste
Mix everything well
Then, add ½ tbsp Turmeric powder and mix it.
Now, add 1 cup of hot water to it and boil.
Add ½ cup coriander leaves and mix it.
Next, start adding Jowar flour gradually and mix all the ingredients continuously using a spatula or wooden pin.

Stir until the jowar mudde is complete without any limbs.
Add 1 tbsp ghee to it and mix.
