Ingredients
  

  • 1 teacup of water
  • ½ tbsp Cumin seeds
  • 2 pearls of black pepper
  • 2 inches of Ginger
  • 1 tbsp Jaggery
  • ½ cup Hot milk

Instructions
 

  • Take a vessel and add 1 teacup of water
  • Now, Take a mortar and pestle and add ½ tbsp Cumin seeds
  • Add 2 pearls of black pepper and crush them.
  • Add it to the water
  • Next, take 2 inches of Ginger and crush it
  • Add it to the water
  • Give a mix and bring it to a boil
  • Then, add 1 tbsp Jaggery(You can add Sugar if you like)
  • Mix all the ingredients well
  • Bring it to boil
  • Now, add ½ cup of Hot milk to it. Don't add much milk
  • Bring it to boil
  • Finally, our easy and strong Kashayam is Ready to savor.
  • Sieve the kashaya into a teacup and savor it hot.

Notes

Do not add cold milk if you use Jaggery...It will curdle the milk. Use hot milk.
