Ingredients

teacup of water

Cumin seeds

pearls of black pepper
2
inches
of Ginger

Jaggery

Hot milk
Instructions
Take a vessel and add 1 teacup of water
Now, Take a mortar and pestle and add ½ tbsp Cumin seeds
Add 2 pearls of black pepper and crush them.
Add it to the water
Next, take 2 inches of Ginger and crush it
Add it to the water
Give a mix and bring it to a boil
Then, add 1 tbsp Jaggery(You can add Sugar if you like)
Mix all the ingredients well
Bring it to boil
Now, add ½ cup of Hot milk to it. Don't add much milk
Bring it to boil
Finally, our easy and strong Kashayam is Ready to savor.
Sieve the kashaya into a teacup and savor it hot.
Notes
Do not add cold milk if you use Jaggery...It will curdle the milk. Use hot milk.
