Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Roasted Vermicelli
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • ½ tbsp Mustard seeds
  • 1 tbsp Cumin seeds
  • 7-8 Cashew nuts
  • Handful peanuts
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 2-3 green chilies
  • 1 medium tomato
  • 1 tbsp salt As per taste
  • cup water

Instructions
 

  • Take 1 cup of roasted vermicelli in a bowl.
  • Add 2 tbsp of oil to a pan and heat it.
  • Add ½ tbsp mustard seeds and 1 tbsp cumin seeds to the oil.
  • Now add 1 handful of cashew nuts
  • Add 1 handful of peanuts and saute.
  • Next, add 1 chopped onion and saute well.
  • Then add 1 medium chopped tomato to it and mix well.
  • Add salt as per taste and mix well.
  • After that, add 1.5 cups of water and bring it to a boil.
  • Once the water starts boiling, add 1 cup of roasted vermicelli to it and mix.
  • Cover the lid and put it on the sim.
  • Open the lid after 5 minutes and give a final mix.
  • Now the tastiest Vermicelli upma is ready to savor.
