Instructions
Take a pan and add 1 tbsp oil
Add 1 tbsp crushed garlic
Add 1 cup chopped tomatoes and saute well.
Now add 1 bowl of chopped palak and saute.
Add 1 cup freshly grated coconut and saute.
Next, add 1 cup cooked dal(You can also add leftover dal) and mix.
Add 1 cup hot water and mix well.
Now, add ½ tbsp red chili powder
Add ¼ tbsp turmeric powder
Add ½ tbsp sambar powder
And add 1 tbsp salt and mix everything well…
Bring it to boil
Finally, add chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
