Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tbsp crushed garlic
  • 1 cup chopped tomato
  • 1 bowl Chopped palak
  • 1 cup freshly grated coconut
  • 1 cup cooked dal
  • 1 cup water
  • ½ tbsp red chili powder
  • ¼ tbsp turmeric powder
  • ½ tbsp sambar powder
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 handful chopped coriander

Instructions
 

  • Take a pan and add 1 tbsp oil
  • Add 1 tbsp crushed garlic
  • Add 1 cup chopped tomatoes and saute well.
  • Now add 1 bowl of chopped palak and saute.
  • Add 1 cup freshly grated coconut and saute.
  • Next, add 1 cup cooked dal(You can also add leftover dal) and mix.
  • Add 1 cup hot water and mix well.
  • Now, add ½ tbsp red chili powder
  • Add ¼ tbsp turmeric powder
  • Add ½ tbsp sambar powder
  • And add 1 tbsp salt and mix everything well…
  • Bring it to boil
  • Finally, add chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
