How to make Bhindi Sabji

Ingredients
  

  • 250- gram Okra/ Bhindi
  • 3-4 tbsp oil
  • ½ tbsp Mustard seeds
  • 1 tbsp Cumin seeds
  • 4-5 curry leaves
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 tbsp Red chili powder
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp garam masala
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 2 tbsp coriander leaves

Instructions
 

  • Heat a pan and add 1 tbsp oil
  • Add 250 gm chopped okra/ bhindi and roast them until the raw smell goes.
  • Heat a pan and 2 tbsp oil
  • Add ½ tbsp mustard seeds and 1 tbsp cumin seeds
  • Now add 4-5 curry leaves
  • Add 1 cup chopped onion and roast well.
  • Next, add 1 tbsp red chili powder
  • Add 1 tbsp Garam masala. It is optional
  • Next, add 1 tbsp salt and mix well.
  • Add 2 spoons of water and mix everything well.
  • Once everything is cooked well add fried okra/ bhindi and mix well.
  • Finally, add chopped fresh coriander leaves.
  • Now the tastiest Okra sabji/ Bhindi masala is ready to serve.
