Heat a pan and add 1 tbsp oil
Add 250 gm chopped okra/ bhindi and roast them until the raw smell goes.
Heat a pan and 2 tbsp oil
Add ½ tbsp mustard seeds and 1 tbsp cumin seeds
Now add 4-5 curry leaves
Add 1 cup chopped onion and roast well.
Next, add 1 tbsp red chili powder
Add 1 tbsp Garam masala. It is optional
Next, add 1 tbsp salt and mix well.
Add 2 spoons of water and mix everything well.
Once everything is cooked well add fried okra/ bhindi and mix well.
Finally, add chopped fresh coriander leaves.
Now the tastiest Okra sabji/ Bhindi masala is ready to serve.
