How to make Homemade ghee

Ingredients
  

  • 450 gram Butter
  • 2 cardamom

Instructions
 

  • Take a saucepan
  • Add 450 grams of Fresh butter
  • Turn on the stove and heat the butter on medium flame
  • Stir the butter till it completely meltdown
  • Once the butter is completely melted stop stirring
  • Heat it on medium flame.
  • Froth starts to appear and it disappears on its own
  • Once the big bubbles start to appear heat it for few more minutes and
  • Add 2 cardamom to give the flavor
  • Once the bubbles stop, then turn off the stove.
  • Let it cool for some time
  • Using a strainer collect the ghee into a glass container or an air-tight container.
  • Now the fresh homemade ghee is ready.
