Take a saucepan
Add 450 grams of Fresh butter
Turn on the stove and heat the butter on medium flame
Stir the butter till it completely meltdown
Once the butter is completely melted stop stirring
Heat it on medium flame.
Froth starts to appear and it disappears on its own
Once the big bubbles start to appear heat it for few more minutes and
Add 2 cardamom to give the flavor
Once the bubbles stop, then turn off the stove.
Let it cool for some time
Using a strainer collect the ghee into a glass container or an air-tight container.
Now the fresh homemade ghee is ready.
