Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp oil
  • ½ tbsp Mustard seeds
  • ½ tbsp Cumin seeds
  • 4-5 curry leaves
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 chopped Tomato
  • 1-2 tbsp Red chili Powder
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Garam masala
  • 1 bowl of cooked Green grams
  • 1 handful of chopped coriander leaves

Instructions
 

  • Heat a pan and add 2 tbsp oil
  • Add ½ tbsp Mustard seeds
  • Add ½ tbsp Cumin seeds
  • And, add 4-5 curry leaves and let them splatter
  • Next, add 1 cup chopped onion and saute
  • Add 1 chopped Tomato and saute well
  • Now, add 1-2 tbsp Red chili Powder, according to the taste
  • Add 1 tbsp Salt and mix well
  • Add 1 tbsp Garam masala and mix it well
  • Now add 1 bowl of cooked Green grams to it and mix well
  • Let it cook for some minutes
  • Add hot water and adjust consistency
  • Bring it to boil and cook
  • Add 1 handful of chopped coriander leaves
  • Now yummy Green gram sambar is ready to savor.
