Heat a pan and add 2 tbsp oil
Add ½ tbsp Mustard seeds
Add ½ tbsp Cumin seeds
And, add 4-5 curry leaves and let them splatter
Next, add 1 cup chopped onion and saute
Add 1 chopped Tomato and saute well
Now, add 1-2 tbsp Red chili Powder, according to the taste
Add 1 tbsp Salt and mix well
Add 1 tbsp Garam masala and mix it well
Now add 1 bowl of cooked Green grams to it and mix well
Let it cook for some minutes
Add hot water and adjust consistency
Bring it to boil and cook
Add 1 handful of chopped coriander leaves
Now yummy Green gram sambar is ready to savor.
