Ingredients
  

  • 250- gram Grated coconut
  • 50 ml Milk
  • 2 Cardomom
  • 100 gram Sugar

Instructions
 

  • Take 250 grams of freshly grated coconut in a mixing bowl
  • Add 100 grams of sugar
  • And add 50 ml of milk and mix well.
  • Now add 2 cardamoms and mix well.
  • Rest it for 1 hour
  • After 1 hour, Heat a pan and add the mixture to the pan.
  • Now start mixing it continuously. Make sure not to burn it.
  • Mix and cook until the mixture turns light brown
  • It starts to get thick, Now the mixture is ready to prepare laddu
  • Apply little water to the hand and check if the mixture is ready to prepare ladu. If the mixture is holding shape, then it is ready.
  • Allow the mixture to cool down on a large plate. When the mixture is just warm start preparing laddu.
  • Take one fist-size(According to the need) mixture and start pressing it gently in a circular motion. (Watch the video to know the exact method of preparing laddu).
  • Now the coconut ladu is ready to savor.
