Take a pan and add 2 tbsp oil
Add 1 tbsp Mustard seeds
And add 1 tbsp cumin seeds
Now add 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
Add 1 tbsp chili powder and saute
Next, add 1 cup chopped onion and saute well.
Next, add 1 tbsp garam masala
Add 1 tbsp coriander powder and saute
Now add cooked black chana to the masala and mix well
Add ½ cup water and close the lid and cook for 5 minutes
After 5 minutes add salt as per the taste and mix well.
Now add chopped tomato and close the lid and cook for 5 minutes
After 5 minutes add freshly chopped coriander leaves to the curry
Now the Kala chana gravy is ready.
Serve it with hot Poha and enjoy.
