Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup soaked Kala chana
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tbsp Mustard seeds
  • 1 tbsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp Chili powder
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 tbsp garam masala
  • 1 tbsp coriander powder
  • 1 cup water

Instructions
 

  • Take a pan and add 2 tbsp oil
  • Add 1 tbsp Mustard seeds
  • And add 1 tbsp cumin seeds
  • Now add 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • Add 1 tbsp chili powder and saute
  • Next, add 1 cup chopped onion and saute well.
  • Next, add 1 tbsp garam masala
  • Add 1 tbsp coriander powder and saute
  • Now add cooked black chana to the masala and mix well
  • Add ½ cup water and close the lid and cook for 5 minutes
  • After 5 minutes add salt as per the taste and mix well.
  • Now add chopped tomato and close the lid and cook for 5 minutes
  • After 5 minutes add freshly chopped coriander leaves to the curry
  • Now the Kala chana gravy is ready.
  • Serve it with hot Poha and enjoy.
