Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 7-8 chopped Bhindi
  • 3-4 Garlic cloves
  • 5-6 curry leaves
  • 1 tbsp Cumin seeds
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 small piece of Tamarind

Instructions
 

  • Take a pan and add 1 tbsp oil
  • Add 7-8 chopped Bhindi
  • Add 3-4 Garlic cloves
  • Next, add 5-6 curry leaves
  • Lastly, add 1 tbsp Cumin seeds
  • Saute everything well. Make sure the aroma of the raw bhindi reduce
  • Once everything is fried well, let them cool
  • Now, transfer them into a mixy jar
  • Add 1 tbsp salt
  • Add 1 small piece of Tamarind
  • Grind it into a smooth paste.
  • Now, the tasty Bhindi chutney is ready to savor.
