Ingredients
  

  • 1 bowl Chopped Beans
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • ½ tbsp Mustard seeds
  • ½ tbsp Cumin seeds
  • 4-5 curry leaves
  • 1 cup Chopped Onion
  • ½ tbsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp Red Chili powder
  • ½ tbsp Garam masala
  • 1 tbsp Salt as per taste
  • ½ cup water
  • 2 tbsp Freshly Grated coconut

Instructions
 

  • Heat a pan and add 1 bowl chopped Beans
  • Add 1 tbsp oil and start roasting
  • Roast until the color of beans changes
  • Once roasted well, take them out in a bowl
  • Heat a pan and add 1 tbsp oil
  • Add ½ tbsp Mustard seeds
  • Add 1/2 tbsp Cumin seeds and let them splatter
  • Then add, 4-5 curry leaves
  • Add 1 cup chopped onion
  • Saute it well
  • Now, add ½ tbsp Turmeric powder
  • Add 1 tbsp Red chili powder
  • Add ½ tbsp Garam masala
  • Next add 1 tbsp Salt as per taste
  • Mix everything well
  • Add ½ cup water and mix well
  • Now, add roasted beans to the masala
  • Mix everything well and let it cook
  • Finally add 2 spoons of Freshly grated Coconut
  • Mix everything well
  • Now, the tasty Beans curry is ready
