Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • ½ tbsp Mustard seeds
  • ½ tbsp Cumin seeds
  • 4-5 curry leaves
  • ½ cup Peanuts
  • 1 cup chopped Onions
  • 3-4 chopped green chilies
  • ½ cup fresh Green peas
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • ½ tbsp Turmeric powder
  • ½ cup chopped Coriander leaves
  • 1 Bowl Poha/Avalakki

Instructions
 

  • Take a pan and add 2 tbsp Oil
  • Add ½ tbsp Mustard seeds
  • Add ½ tbsp Cumin seeds
  • And add 4-5 curry leaves and let them splatter
  • Now, add ½ cup Peanuts and fry them until they chat their color
  • Next, add 1 cup chopped Onions and saute
  • Add 3-4 chopped green chilies and saute.
  • Then, add ½ cup fresh Green peas and mix well.
  • Now, add 1 tbsp salt and mix it.
  • Add ½ tbsp Turmeric powder and saute.
  • Add ½ cup chopped Coriander leaves and saute.
  • Next, take 1 bowl Poha/Avalakki
  • Wash it thoroughly
  • Now, add washed poha into the masala
  • Mix everything well
  • Now, the yummy Avalakki is ready to savor.
