Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp oil
  • ½ tbsp Cumin seeds
  • ¼ inch Cinnamon stick
  • 1 cardamom
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 3-4 slit green chilis
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
  • ¼ tbsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp Coriander powder
  • ½ tbsp Jeera powder
  • 1 tbsp Red chili powder
  • 1 chopped Tomato
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 cup Fresh Green Peas
  • 1 cup Boiled Palak paste
  • ¼ th cup water
  • 1 cup boiled and Diced potatoes
  • ½ tbsp Garam Masala

Instructions
 

  • In a pan add 2 tbsp oil
  • Now, add ½ tbsp Cumin seeds, 1/4th inch Cinnamon stick, and 1 cardamom and saute
  • Add 1 chopped onion and 3-4 slit green chilis and saute.
  • Add 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste and saute.
  • Next, add ¼ tbsp Turmeric powder, 1 tbsp Coriander powder, ½ tbsp Jeera powder, and 1 tbsp Red chili powder
  • Saute everything well
  • Now, add 1 chopped Tomato and saute well
  • Add 1 tbsp salt and saute well
  • Close the lid and cook for 3-4 minutes
  • Once, the tomato becomes soft, add 1 cup Fresh Green Peas and saute
  • Close the lid and cook for two minutes
  • Now, add 1 cup Boiled Palak paste
  • Mix everything well
  • Add ¼ cup water and mix well and cook.
  • Then, add 1 cup boiled and Diced potatoes
  • Mix everything well and cook.
  • Now, add ½ tbsp Garam Masala and mix well
  • Cook for 4-5 minutes
  • Now, the yummy Aloo Matar ki sabji is ready to savor.
