Firstly, take 3 cups of Rice flour in a mixing bowl.
Now, add 1 cup chopped Onion
Add 2 tbsp green chilies
Add 2 tbsp coriander leaves
Then add, 1 cup of chopped small Dil leaves
Next, add 1 tbsp Cumin seeds
Add 3 small spoons of salt according to the taste.
Add 1 tbsp oil
Mix all the ingredients well using your hands. So that, the ingredients release their water content.
Now, start sprinkling the water and start kneading the dough. Watch the video for a better understanding of kneading the dough.

Now take a butter paper and spread 1 tbsp oil on it.
Take a ball-sized dough and start making rotis.
Slowly and gently pat on the dough and spread it evenly.
Spread the dough into a thin layer.
Now heat Tawa and sprinkle some oil on it.
Transfer the dough onto the Tawa by flipping the butter paper onto the Tawa and pulling the butter paper off the Tawa.
Let one side of the roti cook.
Once the roti is well cooked on one side, flip it over to another side and cook.
When both sides of the roti are cooked well. Take the roti off the Tawa.
Now the healthy and tasty Akki roti is ready to serve.
