Ingredients
  

  • 3 cup Rice flour
  • 1 cup chopped Onion
  • 2 chopped green chilies
  • 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 cup chopped Small Dil leaves
  • 1 tbsp Cumin seeds
  • 3 small spoons Salt As per taste
  • 1 Tbsp Oil
  • 1 glass of warm water
  • 1 butter paper

Instructions
 

  • Firstly, take 3 cups of Rice flour in a mixing bowl.
  • Now, add 1 cup chopped Onion
  • Add 2 tbsp green chilies
  • Add 2 tbsp coriander leaves
  • Then add, 1 cup of chopped small Dil leaves
  • Next, add 1 tbsp Cumin seeds
  • Add 3 small spoons of salt according to the taste.
  • Add 1 tbsp oil
  • Mix all the ingredients well using your hands. So that, the ingredients release their water content.
  • Now, start sprinkling the water and start kneading the dough. Watch the video for a better understanding of kneading the dough.
  • The texture of the dough should be as shown in the images below.
  • Now take a butter paper and spread 1 tbsp oil on it.
  • Take a ball-sized dough and start making rotis.
  • Slowly and gently pat on the dough and spread it evenly.
  • Spread the dough into a thin layer.
  • Now heat Tawa and sprinkle some oil on it.
  • Transfer the dough onto the Tawa by flipping the butter paper onto the Tawa and pulling the butter paper off the Tawa.
  • Let one side of the roti cook.
  • Once the roti is well cooked on one side, flip it over to another side and cook.
  • When both sides of the roti are cooked well. Take the roti off the Tawa.
  • Now the healthy and tasty Akki roti is ready to serve.
