In today’s blog, I am going to share the recipe for one of the easiest and tastiest Tomato Ketchup recipes. Tomato ketchup is such a versatile dip that goes very well with both Indian and other cuisines. Out Fry’s, pizza, burgers, pakora, bread, Even Chapati demands Tomato ketchup as a side dip. It’s also one thing that kids love the most. Instead of buying a Ketchup that has preservatives and chemicals in it, let me show you how to prepare the healthiest tomato ketchup. Now without any a due let’s get started.

Ingredients
2 glasses of water
3 tomatoes
1/4 tbsp Salt
1 tsp of Red chilli powder
3 tbsp Sugar (as per taste)
2 tbsp Vinegar
Instructions with Images
In a deep vessel add 2 glasses of water
Add 3 tomatoes
Boil them until the skin starts to separate
Now, remove them from the water and let them cool completely
Transfer them into a jar and grind them into a smooth paste
Next, In a pan place a strainer and strain the tomato puree using a spoon
Now, turn on the gas and cook it on low flame
Add 1/4 tbsp Salt and mix
Then add 1 tsp of Red chili powder and mix it well
Add 2 tbsp Sugar as per taste
Mix and stir continuously until the quantity is reduced to half
Lastly, add 2 tbsp Vinegar and mix well
Cook it on low flame
Now, the tomato Ketchup is ready
Cool it completely before serving it. It’s the healthiest and tastiest ketchup you can ever prepare at home.
