Sweetcorn sandwich recipe
In today’s blog, I am going to share the sweetcorn sandwich recipe. Sandwiches are very easy to prepare and healthy to consume. Sweetcorns are rich in Iron and many micronutrients. Corns are very healthy and tasty. Especially, children love sweetcorns for their sweet and crunchy texture. We make a lot of sweetcorn dishes at home and a sweetcorn sandwich is one of our favorites. It hardly takes 10 minutes to prepare it if you have boiled sweetcorn at home. Now, let’s jump into the recipe.

Ingredients
1 cup of boiled and chopped sweetcorn
1 small onion chopped into dice.
2-3 tbsp Mayonnaise as per the requirement of texture
1 tbsp chopped green chilies
2 tbsp coriander leaves
1/2 tbsp red chili flakes
1/2 tbsp chaat masala
6 bread slices
Add 1/2 tbsp Salt
1/2 cup ghee/ Butter
Instructions with Images
Take 1 cup of boiled and chopped sweetcorn into a bowl
Add 1 small onion chopped into dice.
Add 1 tbsp chopped green chilies
Now add 2 tbsp coriander leaves
Add 2-3 tbsp Mayonnaise as per the requirement of texture
Now add 1/2 tbsp red chili flakes
Add 1/2 tbsp chaat masala
Add 1/2 tbsp Salt
Mix everything well
Now our stuffing is ready
On a hot pan, ghee roast 2 slices of bread to golden brown color on both sides
Now, spread the corn stuffing on one slice of bread
Place another slice of bread on it and press and ghee roast for 1 more minute
Now, transfer the sandwich to a plate
Cut the sandwich into 2 halves
