Sweet Corn Chaat

In today’s blog, I am going to share the recipe for my favorite  Sweet Corn Chaat. Who doesn’t love Sweet Corns? I was in my college days when I fell in love with the Chaat. Daily evening while returning to my PG I used to pass by a street Food shop that was famous for its Sweet Corn chaat. The aroma of corn used to grab me towards their shop and would urge me to place an order for my favorite Sweet Corn Chaat. I still remember the aroma and the juicy taste of the corn which satisfied my soul. I can’t control the urge to prepare the chaat. Let’s jump into the recipe.

Ingredients

1 glass of Water 

200 grams of Sweet corn

1/4 tbsp Salt

1/4 tbsp Black pepper powder

1 tbsp Red Chili Powder 

1/4 tbsp Jeera powder

1/4 tbsp Chaat Masala

2 tbsp Chopped Onion

1/2 tbsp Chopped Green chilies 

2 tbsp Chopped Coriander leaves

1/2 tbsp salt as per taste 

1/2 tbsp Ghee or Butter

Half a lemon 

Instructions with Images

In a vessel, Add 1 glass of Water to a deep vessel

Sweet Corn Chaat

Add 200 grams of Sweet corn

Sweet Corn Chaat

Add 1/4 tbsp Salt

Boil them well

 Corn Chaat

Strain the corn into a strainer and leave it for a while

Now, add the sweet corn into a bowl

Add 1/4 tbsp Black pepper powder

 Corn Chaat

Next, Add 1/4 tbsp Jeera powder

 Corn Chaat

Add 1 tbsp Red Chili Powder 

 Corn Chaat

And add 1/4 tbsp Chaat Masala

Add 2 tbsp Chopped Onion

Sweet corn

Next, add 1/2 tbsp Chopped Green chilies 

Sweet corn

Add 2 tbsp Chopped Coriander leaves

Add 1/2 tbsp salt as per taste

Now, add 1/2 tbsp Ghee or Butter

squeeze half a lemon into it

Sweet corn chaat

Now, mix everything well
