Shikarni recipe
In today’s blog, I am going to share the recipe of the Shikarni recipe. In childhood, we used to wait for summer, only to savor my favorite fruit, Mango. There are so many ways in which we enjoy mango. One of the most famous dishes of ripened mango is Mavinakayi Shikarni. We consume it almost every week during summer. Whenever my mom used to prepare shikarni, I would skip going outside to help her prepare shikarni and enjoy it.

Ingredients:
6 Ripen Mangoes
2 Cardomom
1 tbsp Salt
150 grams of Jaggery
Instructions with Images:
Wash the mangoes
Now squeeze the mangoes and extract the mango pulp into a big bowl.
Remove the pulp from the skin as well as the seed of the mango altogether.
Now in a vessel, add 150 grams of jaggery
Add ½ cup of water and turn on the gas
Now dissolve the jaggery completely. Once the jaggery is completely dissolved, please turn off the gas and Let it cool
Now crush the cardamom into powder and add it to the Mango extract
Add 1 tbsp Salt according to the Taste
Now, add the jaggery solution to the mango pulp
Mix everything well.
Now the yummiest Shikarni is ready.
