Are you bored of eating the same rasam or sambar with Rice and Mudde? Then, today’s blog is going to make you happy…Tambuli is a very interesting variant of rasam or sambar…Basically, Tambuli doesn’t need much cooking…It just needs a tadka at the end to savor it…But, it tastes heavenly…Whenever I am short of time, or not in the mood of cooking, or in hurry, the first thing that comes to my mind is to prepare Tambuli with rice…It takes very little time to prepare it…So, In today’s blog, I’m going to share the most Yummiest Shenga Tambuli with you…

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Peanuts
  • ½ inch Ginger
  • 2 tbsp Cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tbsp Jaggery
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • ½ cup Coriander leaves
  • 3-4 Green chili's
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • ½ tbsp Mustard seeds
  • 4-5 Curry leaves
  • 1 pinch Hing
  • 2 Dry red chilies
  • 1 cup curd

Instructions
 

  • Take a pan and add 1 cup of peanuts
  • Dry roast them until they change their color
  • Cool the roasted peanuts
  • Transfer them into a mixy jar
  • Now, add ½ inch Ginger
  • Add 4-5 Curry leaves
  • Add 1/2 inch Ginger
  • Add 3-4 Green chilies
  • Next, add 1 tbsp cumin seeds
  • Add 1 tbsp salt, as per taste
  • Add ½ cup coriander leaves
  • Now, add 1/2 tbsp jaggery
  • Next, add 1 cup curd
  • Lastly, add 1/2 cup water
  • Grind it into a smooth paste
  • Transfer it into a vessel
  • Add some water to the jar and mix with leftover masala and add it to the vessel.
  • Take a tadka making pan
  • Add 1 tbsp oil
  • Add ½ tbsp Mustard seeds
  • Next, add ½ tbsp Cumin seeds
  • Let them splatter
  • Next, add 2 dry red chilies
  • Add a few curry leaves and let them splatter
  • Finally, add a pinch of Hing
  • Now, add this thadka to the Peanut-curd masala
  • Mix all the ingredients well
  • Now, the yummy Shenga Tambuli is ready.

Next, add 1 tbsp cumin seeds

Add 1 tbsp salt, as per taste

Next, add 1/2 tbsp jaggery

Now, add 1 cup curd

Lastly, add 1/2 cup water

Grind it into a smooth paste

Transfer it into a vessel

Add some water to the jar and mix with leftover masala and add it to the vessel.

Step 2

Take a tadka making pan and add 1 tbsp oil

And add ½ tbsp Cumin seeds

Let them splatter

Next, add 2 dry red chilies

Next, add a few curry leaves and let them splatter

Finally, add a pinch of Hing

Now, add this thadka to the Peanut-curd masala 22-
