Panipuri is love ❤ We girls can never think of giving up Panipuri for anything or Anybody! (Even the coronavirus got shocked when most Indians searched for the recipe for panipuri in search engines during lockdown 🙂 LOL!!!

Sometimes, we try to prepare Pani Puri at home, but the outcome might not reach the taste of street-side pani puri…Pani in pani puri plays a big role in it…So, today I will share the recipe for Panipuri Pani…It is very easy to make at home and enjoy…

Recipe for panipuri pani
Ingredients
- 1 handful of Fresh Coriander leaves
- 1 handful of Pudina leaves
- 1 inch Ginger
- 1 spoon Chat masala
- 1 spoon Black salt
- 4-5 green chilis
- ½ spoon Salt
- 1 tbsp Roasted grams
- ½ a lemon into it
- 2 glasses of water
Instructions
- Take a jar and add 1 handful of Fresh Coriander leaves
- Add 1 handful of Pudina leaves
- Add 1 inch Ginger
- Next, add 1 spoon Chat masala
- Add 1 spoon of Black salt
- Then, add 4-5 green chilis
- Now, add ½ spoon Salt
- Add 1 tbsp Roasted grams to it
- Finally, squeeze half a lemon into it
- Now, close the lid and grind it into a smooth paste
- Take 2 glasses of water
- Add the pasta to it little by little according to the
- Taste of it. Because some people like the pani to be stronger and some like the pani to be mild.
- Now, the super tasty Pani for panipuri is ready.
Instructions with Images

Add 1 handful of Pudina leaves
Add 1 inch Ginger
Next, add 1 spoon Chat masala
Add 1 spoon of Black salt
Then, add 4-5 green chilis
Add 1 tbsp Roasted grams to it
Now, add ½ spoon Salt
Finally, squeeze half a lemon into it
Now, close the lid and grind it into a smooth paste. Collect it in a container
Take 2 glasses of water and add the paste to it little by little according to the taste of it. Because some people like the pani to be stronger and some like the pani to be mild. You can store this paste for 1-2 days in the fridge.
Now, the super tasty Pani for panipuri is ready.
