Recipe for Masala papad
Ingredients
- Papad
- 1 cup Chopped Onion
- 1 cup Tomato
- ½ cup chopped coriander
- ½ tbsp salt
- ½ tbsp chili powder
- ¼ tbsp Garam masala
- ½ tbsp sugar Optional
Instructions
- Take a mixing bowl and add 1 cup finely chopped onion
- Add 1 cup Finely chopped tomatoes
- Now add, ½ cup chopped coriander
- Then add, ½ tbsp salt(As per taste)
- You can add ½ tbsp sugar, which is optional.
- Add ½ tbsp red chili powder
- Add ¼ tbsp garam masala
- Mix everything well.
- Now heat oil in a pan for deep frying papad.
- Add 1 papad and fry it till it is completely opened up.
- Remove excess oil and transfer it to a plate spread with kitchen tissue.
- Now spread the masala over the papad adequately according to the need.
- Some people like more masala on papad so spread accordingly.
- Now the crunchy and yummy Masala papad is ready to savor.
