Recipe for Dry Fruit chikki
We all have so many good memories of savoring Chikki during our childhood. Chikki used to be my favorite mid-day snack during school hours. Also, I used to secretly eat chikki during class hours with my friends. My love for chikkis has never reduced a bit…It has so many good memories…
My mom used to prepare very delicious chikkis of various types. Groundnut chikki and Dry Fruits chikki are my favorite ones. These are healthy versions of snacks that are full of healthy nutrients. Now, I prepare chikkis at home for my daughter. She just loves to savor the crunchy and tasty chikkis. It is the best alternative for chocolates. If your child loves chocolates, give them these chikkis, they will love them. In today’s blog, I am going to share the recipe for Dry Fruit chikki.

Recipe for Dry Fruit Chikki
Ingredients
- 1 cup peanuts
- ½ cup Almonds
- ½ cup walnuts
- ½ cup Pumpkin seeds
- ½ cup Cashew nuts
- 1 cup of Jaggery
- ¼ cup of Water
Instructions
- Take a pan and add 1 cup of peanuts
- Roast them well on medium flame until they turn golden brown.
- Once the peanuts are roasted well, turn off the gas and let them cool. Split and remove their skin off them.
- Now, add ½ cup Almonds, ½ cup walnuts, ½ cup Pumpkin seeds, and ½ cup Cashew nuts
- Roast them well and allow them to cool
- Add 1 cup of Jaggery
- Add ¼ cup of Water and mix.
- Bring it to boil
- Check if the jaggery can hold shape by adding a small drop of It into water. If it holds the share, then our syrup is ready.
- Now, add the roasted peanuts and Dry Fruits into it and mix well.
- Turn off the gas and let it cool
- Transfer the mixture onto butter paper or any surface greased with ghee.
- Now spread the mixture using hands or any rolling pin.
- Cut the chikki using the knife or a pizza cutter into the desired shape.
- Now the crunchy and yummy Dry fruits chikki is ready to savor.
