Beetroot is one of my favorite vegetables…I just love eating beetroot curry with chapatis…It plays a very important role in improving RBC in our blood as well as helps in improving our skin…My mom used to force us to eat beetroot curry during childhood, due to its health benefits…She used to try a variety of recipes for beetroot curry…Finally, I fell in love with this recipe…In today’s blog, I am going to share the recipe for Beetroot curry…

Recipe for beetroot curry
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Oil
- ½ tbsp Mustard seeds
- ½ tbsp Cumin seeds
- 1 medium-size chopped onions
- 1 cup Diced Beetroot
- ¼ tbsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tbsp Red chili powder
- 1 tbsp Salt
Instructions
- Take a pan and add 1 tbsp Oil
- Add ½ tbsp Mustard seeds
- Add ½ tbsp Cumin seeds and let them splatter
- Next, add 1 medium size chopped onions
- Add 1 cup Diced Beetroot
- Saute everything well
- Close the lid and let them cook
- Now, add ¼ tbsp Turmeric powder
- Add 1 tbsp Red chili powder
- Then, add 1 tbsp Salt, according to the taste
- Mix everything well
- Close the lid and cook them for about 5 minutes.
- Now, the tasty Beetroot curry is Ready to savor.
