It is a very good breakfast option for busy mornings… Whenever I am late for my work, I prepare smoothies and savor them… It is healthy and tasty…In today’s blog, I am going to share the recipe for an Avocado smoothie… It tastes so yummy!

Ingredients
  

  • 4-5 Dates
  • 10-12 Almonds
  • 4-5 Walnuts
  • ¼ the part of an Apple
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Avocado
  • ½ glass of Milk
  • 1 tbsp Almond flakes
  • 1 Strawberry

Instructions
 

  • Take 4-5 Dates
  • 10-12 Almonds
  • 4-5 Walnuts
  • ¼ the part of an Apple
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Avocado on a plate.
  • Now, add all the dry fruits, Banana, and Apple into a blender
  • Add 1 avocado into it
  • Add ½ glass of Milk
  • Close the lid
  • Blend it into a smoothie
  • Transfer the smoothie into a Glass
  • Garnish it with almond flakes
  • And Finally, decorate it with a strawberry
  • Now, the yummy and healthy Avocado smoothie is ready to taste.
