Smoothies are a healthy and yummy start for the morning… The fruits and vegetables are ground into smoothies along with some dry fruits and milk. It is a very good breakfast option for busy mornings… Whenever I am late for my work, I prepare smoothies and savor them… It is healthy and tasty…In today’s blog, I am going to share the recipe for an Avocado smoothie… It tastes so yummy!

Recipe for Avocado smoothie
Ingredients
- 4-5 Dates
- 10-12 Almonds
- 4-5 Walnuts
- ¼ the part of an Apple
- 1 Banana
- 1 Avocado
- ½ glass of Milk
- 1 tbsp Almond flakes
- 1 Strawberry
Instructions
- Take 4-5 Dates
- 10-12 Almonds
- 4-5 Walnuts
- ¼ the part of an Apple
- 1 Banana
- 1 Avocado on a plate.
- Now, add all the dry fruits, Banana, and Apple into a blender
- Add 1 avocado into it
- Add ½ glass of Milk
- Close the lid
- Blend it into a smoothie
- Transfer the smoothie into a Glass
- Garnish it with almond flakes
- And Finally, decorate it with a strawberry
- Now, the yummy and healthy Avocado smoothie is ready to taste.
Instructions with Images
Take 4-5 Dates, 10-12 Almonds, 4-5 Walnuts,¼ the part of an Apple, 1 Banana, and 1 Avocado on a plate.
Now, add all the dry fruits, Banana, and Apple into a blender
Add 1 avocado into it
Add ½ glass of Milk
Close the lid
Blend it into a smoothie
Transfer the smoothie into a glass and garnish it with almond flakes
And Finally, decorate it with a strawberry
