Raw Banana Fry
In today’s blog, I’m going to share the recipe for one of the tasty raw banana fry recipes. Bananas are one of my favorite fruits, and I always loved having ripened bananas with oats smoothies, fruit bowls, and just a banana itself. Coming from north Karnataka seeing people preparing dishes using Raw bananas was surprising for me. One of my friend had prepared banana fries and they were so yummy and the taste of banana fry along with rice and rasam was a hit. I just fell in love with it and without a miss, I just asked her for the recipe and I noted it. The very next day I prepared it at home, it was so yummy that my family started asking me to prepare it over and over again because it tasted so yummy!
Now without any delay, let me tell you how to prepare this yummy recipe for raw banana fry

Ingredients
2 tablespoons of oil
Half a tablespoon of cumin seeds
One dry red chili
5 to 6 curry leaves
one pinch of hing
One whole raw banana
1 tbsp of salt (as per taste )
1/4 tablespoon of turmeric powder
1 tablespoon of red chilli powder
1/4 tsp of dry mango powder
Instructions with images
In a pan, add 2 tablespoons of oil
Add half a tablespoon of cumin seeds
Add one dry red chili and sauté
Now, add a pinch of hing
Add 5 to 6 curry leaves and saute
Now add one whole raw banana, cut into slices
Add 1 tbsp of salt (as per taste )
Mix everything well
Add 1/4 tablespoon of turmeric powder
1 tablespoon of red chilli powder
Add 1/4 tsp of dry mango powder
Mix everything well
Sprinkle some water and mix once
Close the lid and Cook it for 5 minutes
Open the lid and mix well
Now you are tasty, raw, banana fry is ready
Enjoy it with your rice and Sambar. You can carry it in your lunchbox along with your main course and trust me.
