Ranjaka
Ingredients
- 15-20 Dry red Chilies
- 1 cup water
- 5-6 Curry leaves
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Jaggery
- 5-6 Garlic Cloves
- 1 Lemon size Tamarind
- ½ cup Coriander leaves
Instructions
- Heat a pan add 1 cup water, Bring it to boil
- Add 15-20 dry red chilies
- Boil them till they become soft
- Once they are soft, turn off the gas and let them cool
- Transfer them to a plate and cool them
- Now, transfer them into a mixer jar
- Add 5-6 curry leaves
- Add 5-6 garlic cloves
- And add 1 lemon size tamarind
- Then, add 1 tbsp Jaggery
- Add ½ cup Coriander leaves
- Grind them into a coarse paste or Smooth paste
- Now, add 1 tbsp salt, as per taste, and grind it again
- Now, the tangy and tasty Ranjaka is ready to savor.
Instructions with Images

Now, the tangy and tasty Ranjaka is ready to savor.
