In today’s blog, I will share one of the easiest and tastiest recipes for Peanut Salad. Peanuts salad is the healthiest and tastiest snack option to include in our daily diet. Peanuts are rich in healthy fats and protein. In Indian cuisine, peanuts are included in many ways. I love adding peanuts to thadka. The crunchiness of peanuts adds a little magic to every dish. I prefer having boiled peanuts in our daily diet. Peanut salad is easy to prepare and it takes very little time. Now, without any delay let’s jump into the recipe

Ingredients

1 cup of Boiled peanuts

1/2 cup Onion

1/2 cup Chopped Tomatoes 

 2 tbsp Coriander leaves

1/2 tbsp Green chilies 

1/2 tbsp Salt as per taste

Half a lemon

1/2 tbsp Red chili powder 

 

Instructions with Images

In a bowl add 1 cup of Boiled peanuts

Add 1/2 cup Onion

Next, add 2 tbsp Coriander leaves

Next, add 1/2 tbsp Red chili powder 

Peanuts chaat

Add 1/2 tbsp Green chilies 

Peanuts chaat

Add 1/4 tsp Jeera powder

Peanuts chaat

And add 1/2 tbsp Salt as per taste

Peanuts chaat

Squeeze half a lemon into it

Peanuts chaat

Mix everything well
