Ingredients
1/2 cup of chopped onions
1/2 chopped Yellow capsicum
1 cup grated paneer
1 tbsp chopped green chilies
1/2 tbsp Salt (as per taste)
1 tbsp Coriander leaves
1/4 tbsp pepper powder
2 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsp Tomato ketchup
1 tbsp Green chutney
Sandwich breads
1/2 tbsp green chutney
Instructions with images
In a bowl add 1/2 cup of chopped onions
Add 1/2 chopped Yellow capsicum
Now add a cup grated paneer
Add 1 tbsp chopped green chilies
Add one 1 tbsp Coriander leaves
Next add 1/2 tbsp Salt (as per taste)
Add 1/4 tbsp pepper powder
After that add 2 tbsp mayonnaise
Add 2 tbsp Tomato ketchup
Next add 1 tbsp Green chutney
Mix everything well
Take a sandwich bread slice
Apply 1/2 tbsp green chutney
Add 2 tbsp paneer stuffing over it
Nearly spread it
Place another slice of bread over it
Greece the sandwich maker with some ghee
Place the sandwichs
Let it roast
