Onion Tomato Bread Sandwich
In today’s blog, I am going to share the recipe for the Onion Tomato Bread Sandwich. I have tried many varieties of sandwiches, but this one is the easiest one and my savior in many instances. Whenever I am out of stock for veggies or some groceries at home and I am late, I just grab Onions and tomatoes and start preparing this tasty sandwich. Not only because it is easy, but also very tasty. My mom never really eats sandwiches, but she loves this one. It’s kind of an Indian street-style Sandwich I can say. Do give this one a try, I am sure you will love it. Now, without any delay let’s jump into the recipe.

Ingredients
1 big tomato chopped into small pieces
1/2 cup of chopped onion
1 green chili cut into small pieces
1 tbsp chopped Coriander leaves
1/2 tbsp Chaat masala
1 tbsp Red chili powder
2 tbsp Mayonnaise
4 slices of bread of your choice
Instructions with Images
In a mixing bowl, add 1 big tomato chopped into small pieces
Add 1/2 cup of chopped onion
Add 1 green chili cut into small pieces(you can use red chili powder or black pepper powder if you are preparing it for children)
Now, add 1 tbsp chopped Coriander leaves
Add 1/2 tbsp salt and 1 tbsp Red chili powder
Add 1/2 tbsp Chaat masala
After that, add 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
Mix everything well and Now our stuffing is ready
Heat a tawa, season it with some ghee
Ghee roast 2 slices of bread on both sides
Once, the bread slices are roasted well, add 2 tbsp of stuffing and spread
Now, place another slice over it and slightly press
Cut the sandwich into 2 equal parts
Now, our crispy Onion Tomato sandwich is ready to savor.
