Maggi noodles pakora
Maggi is love forever…Sometimes, It is the life savior… We all love Maggi. Maggi is an instant food, which can be prepared using only water and Maggi masala…But, We Indians invented creative ways of using Maggi in different dishes…Every roadside stall makes different Maggi… As we Indians love preparing Pakora for our snacks on any day, we invented Maggi pakora;) My family, especially my Daughter Loves Maggi noodles Pakora. In today’s blog, I am going to share the recipe for Maggi noodles pakora.

Maggi Noodles pakora
Ingredients
- 1 glass water
- 1 pack of Maggie
- 1 sachet Maggi masala
- 4-5 chopped Green chilis
- 1 cup sliced Cabbage
- 1 medium sliced Onion
- 1 handful Chopped Coriander leaves
- ½ tbsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Cornflour
- 2 tbsp Rice flour
Instructions
- Take a pan and 1 glass of water and bring it to boil
- Now add 1 pack of Maggie noodles to it and cook.
- Add Maggi masala and mix everything well
- Now, our Maggi is ready.
- Next, In a mixing bowl, transfer the cooked Maggi and cool.
- Add 4-5 chopped Green chilis
- Add 1 cup sliced Cabbage
- And add 1 medium sliced Onion
- Then, add 1 handful of Chopped Coriander leaves
- Add ½ tbsp Salt to it
- Next, add 2 tbsp Cornflour
- Add 2 tbsp Rice flour
- Mix everything well without adding water. Onions and cabbage will release some water.
- Bring it to the consistency as shown in the picture.
- Take a pan and heat oil for frying.
- Once, oil is heated add small balls of Pakora batter into the oil one by one and fry
- When one side of pakora is fried well, flip it and fry until golden brown.
- If the pakora turns into golden brown color, take them out onto a plate spread with tissue paper
- Now, the yummy Maggi Pakora is ready to savor.
