Jolad Nucchu
In today’s blog, I am going to share the recipe for Jolada Nucchu. Jowar is the staple grain most consumed in North Karnataka. You might already know how much I love having jowar roti daily. Jolada Nucchu is one of my favorite Jowar dishes. It is very easy to cook and very healthy and light on the stomach. You can have it for Breakfast, lunch and dinner. It tastes really good. Now, without any delay let’s jump into the recipe.

Ingredients
1 cup of Jolada Nucchu
2 glasses of water
1 tsp Salt (as per taste)
A cup of Curd
A small onion chopped into small pieces
1 tbsp Green chilies
1 tbsp Chopped coriander leaves
Instructions with Images
Add 1 cup of Jolada Nucchu
Add a glass of water and wash it until the jowar flakes are completely removed
Transfer the cleaned jowar rava into a vessel
Add 1 and 1/2 glass of water
Add 1 tsp Salt (as per taste)
Mix and start cooking it
Mix frequently to avoid lumps
Once It is cooked well turn off the Gas
Let it cool
Add 1 cup of Curd and Mix it well
Add 1 small onion chopped into small pieces
And add 1 tbsp Green chilies
Lastly, add a tbsp of Chopped coriander leaves
Mix everything well
Now, your Tasty Jolada Nucchu is Ready
Enjoy it with some fried chili or papad. It tastes so good when consumed after 1-2 hours of preparing it.
