How to make Pudina Chutney
Let me know, who does not love to dip their Sandwiches, Bread, Puffs, Samosa, or Paranthas into the Pudina chutney?
I know, most of us love to use Pudina chutney in our daily food. Either we use it as a dipping or spread it over bread or Rotis. And we all love that tangy feel of the chutney in our Chats. It is very refreshing.
(Oh My god! My heart is enticing to go down the street and enjoy some chats!. )

Pudina Chutney
Equipment
- Mixer Grinder
Ingredients
- 1 cup Fresh Mint leaves
- ½ cup Coriander leaves
- 5-6 whole Green chilies
- 1 tbsp Chat masala
- 1-2 tbsp Salt
- 1 tbsp cumin seeds
- 1 tbsp Black salt
- ½ slice a lemon
- 2 tbsp Roasted grams
Instructions
- Take a grinder and add the following ingredients in order.
- Add 1 cup fresh mint leaves and ½ cup fresh coriander leaves
- Now add 1 tbsp Cumin seeds
- Add 1-2 tbsp of salt according to the taste.
- Then, add 1 tbsp Chat masala
- 1 tbsp Black salt
- Now, squeeze half lemon into the blender
- Lastly, add 2 tbsp of Roasted grams
- Finally, grind all the ingredients into a smooth paste.
- So now, The fresh mint/ Pudina chutney is ready to taste.
Instructions with Images
- Take a blender and add the following ingredients in order.

- So now, The fresh mint/ Pudina chutney is ready to taste.
- Store it in a glass container or air-tight container in the fridge.
